Bellini - Providence RI — Newport Yacht Builders

This contemporary restaurant interior with superyacht finish was built at Newport Yacht Builder's to point-cloud accuracy with our exclusive scanning technology. Starting in early summer 2021, we developed the engineering and design, did the brass work and metal work alongside TMG (Kevin Christensen, “The Metal Guy”), delivered cut files for the stone countertops, and built everything save the tables and chairs.

The finished wood is African Rosewood, sprayed with a high-gloss lacquer.

Refining our high tech production, we were able to 3D laser scan the empty space once demoed, enabling us to interpret the interior space and design within. With the raw data, we were then able to design within the space and send cut files to our CNC machine to expedite the construction process, eliminating the need for on-site templating and allowing us to build all components to precise dimensions off site. All of the interior components were then sent to Providence, R.I., and the team on site was able to install all pieces to exact fit.

Bellini's opened in the first week of October, 2021, and with the same African Rosewood, sprayed to a high gloss; the Bellini Skybar was unveiled in the spring of 2022 (shown below) .
